We are seeking a Program Manager for our Fitness Network Management Department.

The primary function of this position is to train and evaluate new Silver&Fit Instructors, support Fitness Clubs in our full network, train and support Member Advisors, work with health plans to increase member awareness and participation and assist with the recruitment of new Silver&Fit Network clubs and exercise centers.


• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent within the health and wellness, fitness, or related industry.

• Current or previous personal training and group exercise training certification preferably from NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE, or ISSA. CPR/ AED certified.


• Minimum two years group fitness teaching experience within the fitness industry teaching a variety of formats (ie: yoga, dance & cardio fitness).

• Personal training and/or group exercise management experience preferred.

• Experience working with the senior population highly preferred.

• Health and Wellness, and/or fitness management experience desired.

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Must be able obtain Silver&Fit Certification within 30 days from hire date.

• Valid driver's license with good driving record. Availability of automobile for on the job use and proof of insurance.

• Must be able to qualify for and maintain company American Express card.

• Must be able to meet requirements for Remote Worker Program and Policy.

• Strong instructional and leadership skills.

• Knowledge of senior fitness related issues, needs and abilities as they pertain to the Silver&Fit Program.

• Ability to develop and efficiently communicate with networking contacts.

• Ability to effectively recruit, retain, develop and supervise Silver&Fit wellness coaches and instructors.
