Role Description
This is a position assisting with the day-to-day operations and marketing. Great opportunity to develop your marketing skills and learn about Internet businesses. You will work within a small team and report directly to the proprietor.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute marketing plan including offline and online marketing campaigns such as press releases, Forums, Blogs, Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, Social Bookmarking, E-Zine Monthly Newsletter, Email marketing
- Develop web site content, researching and writing camping and RVing articles
- Respond to customer service tickets
Key Skills and Abilities needed
Given the nature of small businesses, candidates should be enthusiastic self-starters who demonstrate initiative
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner with an ability to interact with a variety of clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Good analytical, project, organization and delivery skills, with attention to detail
- Comfortable working to deadlines
